Anyhow, before i get back to scrubbing floors... it's good to be home! I feel...

Oh, well... i've been away long, uh? I'm pretty mush sure at least someone remember me still (dam... i had to pick the lock to get in so someone darn sure hasn't forgot... ) and i really wish to thank all those who sent me msgs, notes and comments, *and* i'm sorry for not replying before, but times have been... not good... ... hopefully i'll have some more time and be some more active in the near future...

Meanwhile, i notice someone () slipped a tag under the door taking advantage of my absence... such shameless technques!! ... i thought i was the only using them dammit... ...

So lessee... 8 random things about me... well... the good part about these kind of tags is that i can just say whathever comes to my mind at the moment... which, in the end, is exactly what i do 98% of the time... ... here goes:

1. I work in software engineering (and love doing so), but, weird enough for this field, i can't understand a word about computer hardware and basically *anything* that isn't software... "uh? Plug? You mean a plug-in?"
2. I *hate* to leave renders running overnight since i sleep in the same room the computer is in... and i could never find a silent enough vent dammit!!!
3. Gold may be more valuable, but i think silver looks waaay better... ... not that it matters much since i don't wear anything apart from clothes (hey!! Those i wear... it wasn't me at the park.. ... really!!!)
4. I can't stand unfinished stories (apart from those i write of course... *cough cough*... ) so i often buy books that i *know* i won't like just because i made the mistake of reading the first book in the series and i *have* to see how it ends!
5. Gimme ham anytime!!! ...
6. I never bought a (movie) dvd... i only own six and they're all gifts! No, really!! Preciousssss.... ...
7. I think my boss hate me because (among other things, that is... ) i start coding *first* and plan *later*... which is mostly what i do with anything else...
8. I always bring a... bag? [suspect spelling error detected... grammar task force sent to terminate the offender] at work, but the only thing actually useful in it is my cell phone... ... which of course is only useful when i actually remember to recharge it, which doesn't happen that often... oh, well... living is also doing useless thing, right? ...

And with that i think my online time for today is almost at end... (dammit... has DA got even slower than before or it is just me... ) so i guess i'll take my leave for now, but...

Duh-uh!!! Here's what happen when you aren't paying attention - i get distracted a moment and... a lot of things happens!!! Looks a sort of habit for me to post a journal when i'm posting an image...

Just to start i have two taggy tags!!! by and - let's start with those shall we?

Rules (boys... don't you hate this word...? ):

Lessee.... eight things... i doubt i have that many interesting facts... i doubt i have that many facts as a matter of... uh.. fact... yes.... ...

1. I talk to my cats... least there's someone who doesn't run away when i talk to them... (ok, ok... they run away too unless it's lunchtime... but a small victory is better than a total defeat, isn't it?)
2. I don't dream often - when i do, often it's an interesting story (unlike the ones i write when i'm awake... ) so i try to dump it down when i wake. That way later on when i'm calmer and have more time, i can... ergh... try to make a sense out of the mounds of nonsense i wrote after waking up at 5AM... uh... nevermind...
3. I burn everything i make or download on CDs (and only cds)... but i don't tag them in any way, so to find out a given file it takes usually as much time as it would to download it again...
4. As much as i'm flighty (the tons of WIPs on my hd can attest to this... ), i hate, hate, hate (cfr: hate) to leave a story midway - sometimes i don't buy books that are part of trilogies or something if i think they'll not be published in whole.... and sometimes i buy the whole series at once even without knowing if i'll like them, since i know already that i will want to know how it ends up anyway...
5. I love videogames, especially adventures, rpgs and strategic ones... but i suck big time at one and all!! (btw... where the heck has my cheat sheet for tic-tac-toe ended up dammit...)
6. Well... this one may be obvious... but i love to prank... my boss often has fits when it has to ask me for serious job-related things... he usually delegates the duty to the colleague on the desk front mine... i wonder why... ...
7. I *dread* bees, wasps and pretty much anything else with a stinger (those missile launchers are nasty...) - and it's not rational fear but pure panic... i was ready to make a three meter jump at 14 rather than try my luck with a swarm of bees... or wait next to them till they'd go away
8. Despite my backbone deeply disagreeing (much to my own dismay) i love cold wheater! I used to work with only a shirt even in full winter (i was working in the open at the time)... something not wise, as years have proven... ... kids, don't try this at home!

done!!! Wot?!!? Eight other people to condemn to the flames of thought?!? No way, son!! (besides... one has to break *some* rules, right? )

But then.... spunky!!! (x2) I popped in here unaware and... found myself subscribed!! I mean... i mean... uh... well... i'm subscribed... erm.. with all the fancy stuff... you know? Ok, ok... not a decisive step for humanity, but still a step forward on my plan for world domination! ... so... thank you to the anonymous gifter, whoever he/she/it (bar the option you're not interested in) is!

And last but not least... erm... i can't remember... but i'm sure it was something so terribly interesting that... uh... 42?

'kaye folk... i know, i know... you're thinking "he already posted an image... what else does he want to bore us with now? "... but, eh! Since i noticed sent me this tag about saying 6 weird things about me, i thought i'd get the chance to remind you that I'm not weird!!! Really!! it's the rest of the world that is weird... *cough* - anyway i might just as well tell you 6 of my *absolutely normal* habits!

• I wash my hands. I mean it. Continuosly. I keep getting shouted at for it, but at least soap producers love me!
• When i was a child we used to move a lot with my family (for my father's job) and as a result still today i tend to get sleepy on long car or train travels ... which probably explain (along with my legendary tendency to distraction) why i tried to closely examine the bark of a tree without leaving my car... (dun worry, peeps... i only drive when absolutely necessary... you should be safe.. uh... maybe...)
• Crowds make me uneasy... which wouldn't be that bad if not for the fact that my concept of a "crowd" means more than two people! LOL! Especially if i don't know them!
• I love written communication! I've had a colleague that worked with me for almost a year, and with which i must've talked only a handful of times, but we would often stop by for long chitchats in MSN... which couldn't be so weird if not for the fact that she was on the desk behind me! (but then... despise what tales say about me, i've always had trouble speaking with my behind... )
• I can't seem to use my pc the easy way... it has been pointed to me that by the way i set up my desktop options and such, it is basically *unuseable* by anyone else! My boss has a fit everytime we need to check something on my working station! (for the "technicals" out there, i'm also one of those old cots that still prefer programming in text editor even while super-fancy and super-easy IDEs are available... and that despise being a top-notch lazy arse!)
• I am long-winded! ! As you probably have noticed already, on average it takes me half a page to write something that could be expressed in two lines.... and most of said words are completely useless, if not unrelated at all, to the concept under explanation... ... that is probably why the chief of my current projecft has refused to discuss the project further with me ever since her earphones broke and until she get new ones... O.O

Hummm... *pokes the sleeping ones with a stick* ... i'm done... you can go now... shooo, shooo!! No tags as always, but if someone cares to let me know his/her 6 weird habits feel free to!
